![]() ![]() Along with the announcement of the Sonos Era 300, it was announced that Apple Music is going to roll out support for Dolby Atmos on March 28th. Neither Spotify or Apple Music support Dolby Atmos - but that's about to change. We'll likely have to wait for Spotify to roll out support for Dolby Atmos and spatial audio (more on this below), which it could package with Spotify HiFi and then justify a higher-priced tier. Apparently, there's no longer the financial incentive to launch it right now. ![]() According to the latest reports by The Verge, Spotify HiFi has been ready to launch for over a year, but Apple's decision to roll out lossless audio has caused Spotify to stall. Spotify claims to be launching its own lossless streaming service, Spotify HiFi, but it's not here yet even though Spotify originally claimed it would launch by the end of 2021 - that means it's almost a year-and-a-half late. The kicker: to listen to these lossless tracks, subscribers just have to pay the same $10/month charge as before. ![]() In May 2021, it added a lossless tier that allows any paying subscriber to listen to CD-quality (16-bit/44.1 kHz) and Hi-Res Lossless (up to 24-bit/192 kHz) audio tracks. ![]() ![]() Due to how scarce next generation hardware is though, it seems like a reasonable bet that Capcom will make Street Fighter 6 run on older machines at least on PC, if not the prior generation consoles themselves. If this comes to pass, that would mean the graphics and various things can be scaled down to run on older hardware. As such, it would make a lot of sense for Capcom to make the next Street Fighter game heavily compatible for current PCs that can play Street Fighter 5, along with the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This would allow Capcom to do a year of marketing and let the hype and anticipation build up, while they showcase the new mechanics for the game, along with hopefully things like improved netcode, a killer story mode, and whomever the remaining cast members will be.Ĭonsidering not only the hardware shortages for the next generation consoles - specifically the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S - the GPU market is also seeing heavily inflated prices for PC gamers. Capcom fighting games are known to be released in the first quarter of the year, which would put Street Fighter 6's release date in early 2023. ![]() An announcement is expected to happen now at the upcoming Capcom Cup 8, which will take place the week of February 14th, with many expecting a specific announcement to go down on February 20, 2022. ![]() ![]() ![]() One is a dynamic, sandbox game mode which is a resemblance of the Total War series and the other one is a short, scripted Campaign that we knew of from the previous games. In Company of Heroes 3, there are two types of campaigns. The most obvious one is the single player element, or the Campaign – which is the heart of Company of Heroes series. Thankfully, these elements are still in Company of Heroes 3 which make the game as fun as its predecessor (and they have now added tank riding, high ground bonus, etc), though there are definitely some disappointments. I loved the World War II setting but it’s mostly because how well-crafted and well-designed the games were.ĭestructible environment, its cover system (which I think was the first in RTS back then – I could be mistaken), veterancy system, and animation detail arere just some of the things I love within the series. However, none could actually give me the thrills and fun of Company of Heroes. ![]() I played lots of RTS games back in the days like Warcraft, Command and Conquer, Starcraft, and alike. Company of Heroes 3 Review (Campaign) – The previous Company of Heroes were my most favourite RTS (Real Time Strategy) games of all time. ![]() |
